It all started with a group of  IT managers (the Capsule Gang) at a large corporation, constantly frustrated by the inefficient and outdated processes they were required to use for managing IT services.  They saw firsthand how these inefficiencies were costing the company time and money, and they knew there had to be a better way. Their idea? Start their own IT service management (ITSM) firm.

‍They saw the potential for using newer, more innovative technologies and processes to streamline IT service management and improve efficiency. The Capsule team started small, working with a few clients to help to implement better IT service management practices. Word quickly spread about the positive results they were achieving, and before they knew it, our company was growing rapidly. Today, our ITSM firm has a team of experienced professionals who are dedicated to helping our clients improve their IT service management processes. We use the latest technologies and techniques to deliver personalized solutions that meet the unique needs of each of our clients.
